Today, I decided to try something new! I had some leftover kalua pig, that I kept in the freezer. I made some of it a week ago. I decided to thaw in the refrigerator, pan fry it and add it on top of some french fries. It was so delicious! I topped it with lightly with cheddar cheese, green onions and cilantro. Since the kalua pig is a bit salty, it doesn’t need too much cheese. The extra green vegetables make it very appetizing!
