Another late post from earlier this week. I celebrated my birthday at Olive Garden, only because I wanted to indulge myself in the all-you-can-eat soup, salad and bread sticks. One can only imagine of the many possibilities of endless combinations that you can literally enjoy there. But I chose to slurp up all the Zuppa Toscano soup that I could in one sitting. It was very filling and satisfying! Ended with this Apple Crostata topped with Vanilla Ice Cream. Perfect way to end my dinner. Have a great rest of December! I know I will be enjoying my family for the rest of the year! Happy Holidays to all!!
My very late post from November 17th. My goodness has time flown by so fast these days. It’s already almost the New Year 2018! I am now just catching up on my blogging page. I have been very busy with life itself. This was a pic I snapped while on my way home. It has truly been a blessing these past few months! I was able to enjoy some good old fashioned quality time with my family!
This photo was taken yesterday during the 2017 Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta. This is just one of the many shots that I took on Friday, the 13th. It was my second time attending this great event here in Albuquerque. I definitely enjoyed myself with the family. It’s that feeling inside you, like being a child whose never seen a hot air balloon before. Yesterday was the “Special Shapes Rodeo” and it was amazing to see all the different shapes that they had. To see more photos of the Special Shaped balloons visit my Instagram page. I’ll have them up on there. Happy Weekend!
As I sat in traffic for a very long period of time. I noticed that the sky was just as beautiful with the storm that had just passed through. Captured this moment when the sun was peeking through the clouds. I was happy that my day is coming to a close. Saying, “Thank goodness, it’s Thursday!”. Hope everyone is having a great week!
Visited a friend’s house that had a beautiful backyard full of these luscious, ripe peaches. They had asked me to take quite a few bags home with me. I was hesitant because I really didn’t want too many peaches at the house. Knowing they would go bad. They told me that it’ll be worth my while if I did take them home. I could definitely wash, slice and freeze them for cobblers, pies, jams and ice cream. So I decided I would take some off their hands. Ended up with 4 bags of the peaches. They were so sweet and I really did get to enjoy them. Very thankful for a chance to harvest these beauties.
Another beautiful week has ended. Took this shot while at the football field at the back portion of the CNM Westside campus. The sun gleaming its way through the clouds. That night after the sun went down the winds picked up. It was a very warm and humid day, but ended up with a cold breeze of dirt. Not a very exciting way to end the night.
Late Post. Taken back on August 2nd. I have been very busy with, tah-dah … Life! You know when you get caught up in so many events going on with your life that you forget to document. I have been unattached from my blog lately due to unavoidable situations. This particular photo was taken at the beginning of August. Definitely one of those spur of the moment shots that I could not skip. I hope everyone has a wonderful week! Thank you for following me on WordPress and on Instagram.
