Beef Brisket for the Win

There is always a first time for everything, right?  Well, today we tried to slow cook this beef brisket in our regular grill.  Added a metal box, with some apple and cherry wood chips.  We smoked the brisket for about 10 hours on low heat, maybe 150° to 200° and voila ~ smoked beef brisket that was so flavorful and moist.  What a great idea!  I am so glad it worked out and that the family loved it too!
