Grilled up some of this succulent bbq short ribs. The recipe for the marinade calls for the basic staple of soy sauce, mirin, ginger, garlic, brown sugar and green onions. I believe there’s a little bit more that goes into the recipe but I can’t remember it at this time. All I know is that this marinade is the tastiest and most scrumptious flavor. They go fast in my house!
