I bought this cantaloupe a couple days ago and I wasn’t sure if it would be ripe enough to eat. I’m glad that I decided to cut it open, because it was juicy and sweet. The bright orange flesh of the cantaloupe was quite the treat. And if you look closely, the outer skin of the cantaloupe was thin. So there was a lot of the flesh to eat. This fruit accompanied tonight’s dinner of pork stir fry. It was the perfect end to our delicious Insta-Supper!
