I’m always struggling to find something easy to make. I find myself running around, feeling unsure if the food I prepare will taste good or not. But there is nothing wrong with preparing a dish that is not pleasing to the palate. You can always make it again and change the recipe up. I made this chicken adobo dish a couple days ago. Again, struggling with an easy chicken recipe. This actually came out pretty tasty. Just like my Mom makes it. Full of flavor, from the bay leaves, crushed whole garlic, whole peppercorns and onions. The leftover liquid in this dish makes for great flavor enhancer for your fried rice. I definitely love home cooking!
